Nivon Wellness Center, LLC
Substance use disorder and mental health diagnoses can have a crippling effect on you and those around you, and can lead to health problems. But there’s always hope and there is always light, even in the darkest of hours. Nivon Wellness Center, LLC can help you overcome your problems, get your life back on the right path - and, with our ongoing support, stay on that path for good.
At Nivon Wellness Center, we believe in all pathways to recovery and partner with you to customize treatment specifically to your needs and goals. We offer adult outpatient programming, as well as individual mental health therapy. We have mental health professionals on-site for individual mental health counseling, relationship counseling, and family counseling. We have medical staff on site at both locations for mental health medication management and medication assisted treatment including Suboxone. All groups are run by qualified, licensed professionals and cover a variety of topics. Rule 25 assessments as well as mental health diagnostic assessments are performed daily on site.

What We Provide
We offer high intensity outpatient with lodging (sober housing, at no additional cost) for men and women. We also have outpatient with lodging programs for LGBTQIA clients and Native American clients. These programs are culturally responsive and gender responsive with a trauma focus This service is conducted in a group setting because we’ve found that individuals respond best to treatment when treated together. We prefer a nurturing approach, with an emphasis on education and empowerment to move forward. We are here to help clients start anew. In partnership with mental health professionals, we aim to set clients up for success by treating mental illness and treating trauma.
Your personal history and circumstances make your presenting problem unique to you. This service is tailored for you to assess your need for treatment. Rule 25 assessments as well as comprehensive assessments are performed daily on site. There may be situations where an assessor can come to you and complete an assessment.
The success of an person's treatment requires the support of an entire community. At Nivon Wellness Center, LLC, we believe that the longer a person is enrolled in supportive services, the better chance they have at maintaining their recovery. Aftercare services begin once outpatient services end and can support clients for up to 16 weeks after they have completed outpatient.
